Advanced Mortuary Services

St. Joseph’s Hospital, Mysore, continues its legacy of compassionate and quality healthcare with the inauguration of its newly constructed, fully automatic mortuary facility on 15^th November 2025. The facility was blessed and inaugurated by Most Rev. Dr. Francis Serrao SJ, Bishop of The Diocese of Mysore, in the presence of the Trust Members and Hospital Management.

The new mortuary is equipped with state-of-the-art freezer boxes capable of preserving up to four human bodies at a time ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and dignity. This upgraded facility is designed to serve the community with efficiency and care during sensitive times, reflecting the hospital’s mission of providing holistic service to humanity.
